We are an innovative and dynamic Home Health Company currently looking for compassionate Full-Time and Part-Time Home Health Aide/HHA to add to our team!

The Home Health Aide assists in providing nursing care by performing simple but important unskilled nursing tasks.  Activities may include:


  1. Supervising and assisting the patient with activities of daily living.
  2. Encouraging client in self-help.
  3. Follow through on use of equipment.
  4. Turning and positioning patients.
  5. Assisting with ambulation.
  6. Assisting/encouraging client to follow exercise program.
  7. Assisting with range of motion exercises.
  8. Assisting client to bed, chair, and commode and use of a hoyer lift.
  9. Giving bedpan and urinal.
  10. Assisting with bathing, complete or partial, bath or shower.
  11. Measuring and recording intake and output.
  12. Giving back and foot rubs.
  13. Providing personal hygiene inclusive of oral and denture care.
  14. Providing hair care.
  15. Changing and washing bed linen.
  16. Taking and recording TPR
  17. Preparing meals following dietary instructions.
  18. Assisting with eating.
  19. Maintaining a neat and clean environment, inclusive of housekeeping chores.
  20. Transporting patient.
  21. Informing supervisor of changes in client’s condition or family situation.
  22. Maintaining required records.
  23. Accompanying patient to social engagements outside the home when permitted.
  24. Safeguard equipment and supplies.
  25. Reminding client to take medications in a timely manner as prescribed (DO NOT ADMINISTER).
  26. Testing urine and sugar acetone.
