We are an innovative and dynamic Home Health Company currently looking for compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse / LPN to add to our team!

Activities may include:

  1. Participation in the nursing process by sharing in:
  2. Assessment of patients
  3. Planning of patient care
  4. Implementing the patient care plan
  5. Providing for emotional and spiritual needs.
  6. Providing for safety of patients.
  7. Performing nursing procedures for which the Licensed Practical Nurse is prepared including, but not limited to:
  8. Giving baths
  9. Providing oral hygiene
  10. Assisting with grooming needs
  11. Taking vital signs
  12. Assisting patients with eating
  13. Assisting with active and passive exercises
  14. Assisting with ambulation and transfer activities
  15. Assisting with rehabilitation of patients
  16. Administering oxygen by cannula or mask
  17. Changing dressings (non-sterile and sterile)
  18. Inserting and irrigating urinary catheters
  19. Notifying appropriate person about unusual symptoms and/or changes in condition of patients.
  20. Recording all pertinent observations and treatments.
  21. Giving and receiving report.
  22. Making beds.
  23. Assisting with preoperative and postoperative care.
  24. Assisting with physical examination.
  25. Collecting specimens.
  26. Changing urinary drainage tubing and bags.
  27. Caring for patient in isolation.
  28. Safeguarding equipment and supplies.
